Refund policy

CraftersDeelight.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, due to the individual nature of each custom item, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will not be provided. 

All sales are final.  Upon receiving your oder and if there is a concern or discrepancy, please contact us at info@craftersdeelight.com.  We are available to chat regarding this matter, your satisfaction is what matters the most to us.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We require emailed photos of the damages, those photos can be sent to info@craftersdeelight.com ATTN: Customer Care.
